The food was very good and arrived quickly, unfortunately that where the positives ended. Trying to catch the staffs attention to order was a mission, we sat for a good 30 minutes with our empty plates and had to go to the counter to request coffees and the bill. We were sat in the side room, which was really echoy and, although none of the other tables were being particularly loud, it was almost impossible to hold a conversation. When it came to the bill, we had drinks on it which weren't ours, how mysterious! They were removed with no argument so maybe just an unfortunate mistake?

We first went to the New Haweli West Byfleet in Winter 2024 - we have been back a number of times and the great food, consistently great service, lovely ambiance makes us believe that this is the best Indian restaurant in the area without question- i hope they continue this way and we will be enjoying many more visits

The food was absolutely amazing! The flavours were beautiful as was the presentation of all the dishes. You definitely get your moneys worth here. The service is also very friendly and welcoming. They make the experience really nice and they don't rush you.

Went for a meal on a quiet night and it was delicious. I will definitely come back again as everything on the menu seems very tasty. Would recommend.

Front desk a nepalese boy and a girl they reassured so nice in a welcoming manner i wanna go and order daily now its nit because of food because of staff.

The food was okay three out of the four members of the group all had upset stomachs afterwards till lunchtime the next day. presentation was good however this is twice in a row where I have been let down with how my stomach is after the curry here. I gave it a benefit of the doubt the first time, I don?t get this anywhere else. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
