Always queued out the door because they are the only pharmacy in town but their customer service and sense of entitlement is appalling. You queue for 20 minutes to hand in your prescription and are then told to come back later. You come back at the appointed time, queue again and are then invariably told it's not ready/it's not come in/the pharmacist is on his break.... "can you come back again later?" On my latest visit there were people in the queue who could hardly stand and yet the pharmacist strolled past them as he went out for his lunch break. It then turned out that certain prescriptions could not be handed over because he wasn't there. To add insult to injury the lady in charge then said to the other staff "we're going to close the shop for half an hour so that we can all have a lunch break, I know we're all tired." She seemed to have no comprehension that many of the people standing in that queue had more serious issues than her need for a sandwich. Disgraceful attitude. If I could give -5 stars I would. Go elsewhere if you possibly can, you will save time in the long-run.

I have used Cohens for my prescriptions and can say that I have received excellent service from the very kind and helpful staff, especially the senior assistant who goes out her way to help.The shop is very busy,but it is not surprising as the two other Pharmacists in West Byfleet have closed and Cohens have absorbed all their business.

Shocking. Always a big queue, with no queue management system, so customers just picking up an order have to wait for 20 minutes behind customers with more complex requests. Prescription not ready six days after approved by doctor. They don?t text customers when prescriptions are ready, even though they tell you to wait until you receive the text. Staff are surly and unhelpful. An absolute disgrace. Avoid this place, they don?t deserve your money.

The service from this pharmacy is what you should expect when running a village monopoly tied to an overcrowded and inefficient surgery. Plan time to queue and a repeat visit a day or 2 later as prescriptions are frequently not ordered until chased. Opens late, closes early, and not open weekends or public holidays. And why would you without competition!

Seems to take forever to process prescriptions. Then when the prescription is ready for collection you join a queue that stretches outside the pharmacy. Under staffed, disorganised place. Shame its the only chemist in West Byfleet, it makes them very complacent now Boots is no longer there for competition

Awful place, always a line way out the door. Prescriptions never ready when they should be. Serve other people when they are serving you. So slow even though loads if people are waiting. Act like they are doing you a favour when it?s their actual job.

Very bad chemist used to be so good now service so bad. I called them to tell them that I will collect my daughter's prescription. One woman picked up the phone told me rudely that I have to come in person I can't call them! So I went there then she told me to wait another 20 mins!! Such a waste of time

Turned up today after checking website which says it's open (only closed for xmas day), only for me and others to find that it's closed, no notice at site saying what their opening hours are. Thanks for wasting 2 hours of my holiday.

What a miserable unprofessional rude disaster of a pharmacy. It takes 4 days for a prescription to be made up. Then they cannot find it or track what they are doing so ask that you go back to the doctor to get a code. If they don't have the medication they cant transfer the prescription or give it to you to take elsewhere - have to go back to the doctor again. Then there is the attitude with lack of civility, rolling eyes, glares and sideways looks. I am never going back. Wish I could give 0 stars.

overworked staff, long queues, it looks like a bombs hit the place. Staff try there best but as so busy come across as rude and abrupt. Told items in stock, went to pick up and they didnt have it, now to lose another two hours of my life to get rest of prescription

Very busy chemist and quite honestly a clustered mess. Every-time I pick up a prescription it looks as though there are a bunch of chickens running around with their heads off. You can tell the pharmacy is either understaffed, disorganized, poorly managed or all of the above. I feel for them, but there?s no need to be unfriendly to customers simply picking up their prescriptions.
