Big Yellow in Byfleet were brilliant ? helpful, friendly and full of advice on what would best serve my needs. And very quick to respond to my initial, online enquiry, too. Ellie, the assistant store manager, walked and talked me through the whole process, making everything as simple as could be, and made it very clear that she and her colleagues were always there to help with any query or problem (as this was my fist experience of using a storage unit, that was hugely reassuring). The units are clean and tidy and the whole operation in Byfleet runs like clockwork. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
