Visited late lunchtime, Friday. Attractive pub in peaceful setting, over-looking the Common. Friendly welcoming bar staff. Decent glass of Old Speckled Hen. Excellent ploughman's lunches with good array of fresh ingredients - have to give 5-stars for this. Only negative was we could have done without the rather unsavoury language at times coming from a nearby table on the back terrace. Have to take a mark off for this I'm afraid.

Went for a family wedding reception about a week ago. Great food and great service. Did amazing considering they had a full pub to run and a reception family and friends to deal with

If you want a proper pub this little hidden gem In Warlingham is a must visit. Good variety of food on the menu, (we have tried a lot of it) staff are super friendly and helpful. Sitting off the main road this pub has a country feel about it, great family atmosphere and for dog owners guess what it?s dog friendly. Go visit trust me you won?t regret it
