Awful company. They messed up every appointment I made. Forgot to leave time for a parafin treatment. A friend had a bad experience last week with them. They didn't give her the full hour her friend paid for and not even a glass of water was provided for her. Avoid.

I was given the silver package as a gift .And oh my goodness, it was the best ever .Body and head massage and facial.Emma was the lady who took care of me.Everything that was in the silver package was excellent. .I highly recommend her and will be booking. more treatments with her .I felt absolutely wonderful when I left the beauty spa .

I had a massage today with a lively therapist. I didn't ask for her name iam so sorry I should have! I had the deal with the superfood facial and back massage. Oh my goodness it was amazing and as I seen in another review it was better than treatments I have had at an expensive spa! I highly recommend and will definitely be back!

I booked a November deal (facial and back massage) for 77 pounds. It felt so luxurious! Robyn, my therapist, made sure that I was comfortable at all times. The room was warm and the massage table was heated.The facial was superb and so was the back massage. I've gone to other (more expensive) spas around Surrey/London and I don't think it's worth paying nearly double. I'll definitely be back again!

I have a wonderful massage with Katie today. My first massage for years. Unfortunately the room being cold has left me feeling unwell and in need of selfcare and a bath. 5 stars for Katie but let down completely by something as something as simple as heating!
