Didn't get the deal stated, left half of it behind because the clerk wasn't willing or able to understand what I was attempting to sort out and while standing trying to converse with him, he just turned away and began talking to someone else near the counter in Urdu...
Unfortunately, I do know the meaning of the word Panchod !!!

Always ask for and study your receipt before leaving. Check you paid correct prices for what you have bought. 5 times now I have realised only too late that I have been overcharged. Once or twice I could forgive for misreading the label but 5 times feels like store policy to regularly overcharge. Last time was nearly £5 more than it should have been hence the review. (Was suspicious and totted it up when I got home) Waitrose be concerned as this store is giving your brand a negative image.

I only stopped to use the air line as a sensor said they were low. Card reader didn't work so used coins 2× £1. When it didn't work I went in to ask for a refund. Very rude staff denied it wasn't working and discussed it with a colleague in a foreign language. I was told they couldn't give me £2 as they don't have enough change!
Ridiculous. I will not stop there again. Poor show Shell.

After fueling I went to pay for my fuel then I showed my shell card she scanned but unfortunately I didn't activate my fuel reward. After activating my reward I pleased her to scan it again. She showed her face and she said No. Is this good customer service???? I will never visit again.

Absolutely appalling service I've been coming to this petrol station for years and today recieved very bad service today which is unacceptable and found the staff very disrespectful.

A well stocked shop with clean toilets, but aisles too narrow especially when shop is busy. I think all fuel stations should have an express till for cash for fuel and 3 items or less? Some people in the queue have a basket of items and aren't even paying for fuel.

Stopped for petrol and some bits from the little waitrose and wanted to pay with cash. The member of staff on duty was rude and made us feel like we shouldn't be using cash. He made a big deal.of having to find change. All in all a very bad experience. Certainly won't be stopping at this station again.

Very poor customer service and I would say disgusting!!! I?m coming quite often to the petrol station for cigarettes. This afternoon went to the petrol station to buy cigarettes for myself. The person told me ? we don?t sell cigarettes anymore ? and he ignored me completely. This was extremely wrong and very rude!!!!!! How can you go to the petrol station to buy cigarettes and you will receive as answer ? we don?t sell cigarette anymore ??. Extremely poor, disgusting and disrespectful behaviour!!! Why would you ignore a customer in the petrol station and say to him that we don?t sell cigarettes anymore and ignore him. I didn?t had energy for fighting, just get out from the petrol station and I will never come back here as I was before always here to buy cigarettes! I would definitely make a complaint against person which was working there!!!!

Very poor customer service here, not helpful, very rude and all speaking in their own languageThey have been caught several times scanning their own personal membership cards after customers pay for fuel so that they get discounts.
