The three srilankan/indian men working inside are extremely rude and has no idea what customer service is. Horrible experience i had thereand if they carry on with this practice it could be brand damaging.

Daughter paid £10 for car-wash which broke down before she could go through.She was told to come-back next day,still broken.Asked for a refund as code only good for a week but due to work commitments,she would have been unable to return within this time but she was refused as 'BP don't own the car-wash'.Disgraceful. Update:- Although this matter should not have arisen in the first-place,i would like to add that it has since been resolved by BP customer-care who were very helpful
