My experience at Walton Audi was amazing, all thanks to Jarred Ross! Right from the start, he was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to arrange a test drive for me on a Sunday. It was such a contrast to a larger branch that couldn't let me test drive due to age restrictions. Jarred even beat their quote and never pushed me into making a hasty decision. He and his team provided excellent support throughout the entire process, up until I picked up my car a few days ago. I'm so grateful to everyone involved, and it's great to know that I can count on them for assistance in the future.

Awesome, 5 Star experience. Very professional dealership.Ramas Sadiqi???? is truly a great salesperson. From the time I booked for the visit and after reaching the dealership, test drive, explaining every aspect of the car and PCP. He took a long test drive to make sure I was happy with all the features of the Q5. Seriously in the last 3yrs, I have visited 3 dealerships. This is an amazing experience. I wish I could have purchased my previous Q5 & A4 from this dealership. We agreed on a demo car and he went beyond my expectations in getting the car from another location to make sure I was not disappointed. I am still yet to make my decision on the second Q5 purchase. But If I decide on my next Audi, it will be from this dealership, exclusively for Ramas who made this occasion very special. Many other dealerships should learn from Walton Audi. As soon as I visited, he printed the car details with photos and I never experienced this from any dealership, he was never in a hurry and was aligned with my pace. I finally met a true salesman who made this experience wonderful. Anyone who wants to buy a Car in Walton Audi, please ask for Ramas, I am sure another salesman also may have similar skills in Walton Audi. But I can vouch for Ramas.

Just bought my new etron. Roisin has been amazing throughout, from the initial test drive to helping me find the right car at the right price, her knowledge of EVs has been invaluable. It was a welcome change from the usual testosterone-fuelled, pushy salesmen. Thanks Roisin!

Took my a3 to audi and they had it for longer then expected Wayne miles was great very good at getting back to me and did all he could to help as I had sos light done and was a pain to fix but didn?t feel stressed as Wayne was great sarah davis ?

Tried to view a couple of cars online, out of 22 images, only 7 were of the car. Nobody wants to see the showroom, they want to look at the car, really annoying.

I?m not sure Walton Audi like selling cars. Was in their showroom last Sunday with the wife looking at cars, not one person said hello, can I help you? After 45 mins of being ignored we walked out.

Money-focused Leechers!!!Wolton Audi seems to prioritise profits over customer value. When I tried to buy an Audi Q5, I found their prices to be inflated compared to a local dealer offering the same warranty. During the part exchange, the representative deliberately undervalued my car by £3.5k compared to the local dealer, leading me to purchase from the local dealers and causing Wolton Audi to lose both business and money.In another instance, I inquired about a reversing camera quote, which was an exorbitant £850. When I sought details about the quote, they refused to provide any details even though I are paying for it, raising concerns about transparency and customer-centricity. Audi should prioritise customer needs and be more transparent about their services rather than customers pockets and their own profits!!!

I purchased a q4 e-tron in Oct '21. While I felt let down by Audi (Germany) over buggy and incomplete software provided in the vehicle, Walton Audi have been exceptional in their handling of issues.Leigh Bennett in particular has been incredibly helpful, understanding and proactive in trying to secure fixes and updates to the vehicle. He's checked the VIN weekly against Audi's lists to try and get things resolved asap. 20 months later, I'm delighted that the software update has finally been provided to my car and it functions as expected.While my experience of Audi as a brand was tainted, I wouldn't hesitate from purchasing another through Walton Audi because I know there's a great team providing an exceptional aftersales experience.
