I went to the walton store today and it was a great experience. I'd previously been to another store and there was some confusion. I received truly great customer service at the walton branch and had all my questions answered. I love my new phone and really happy with the experience. The staff are really knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything in detail. Thank you so much.

Worst customer service I?ve ever had from any store, absolutely clueless, never return calls had me in store for 4 hours still couldn?t work out how to upgrade Apple Watch , told I would get a a call the following Monday ( 4 days after) over 2 weeks I?m paying for a watch I don?t have. Promised call backs never happens ? avoid this store

Daryl resolved my issue quickly, professionally and with patience and humour. A real contrast with trying to do stuff online. Cannot recommend enough!

I wanted to swap my eSIM from my old phone to new phone. I looked for help on Google, and then after literally hours trying and failing to get the Vodafone online Chat-Bot to help me I tried telephoning . . . . only to find that the voice recognition 'bot' was even more useless. So I drove to Walton to try to see an actual human being. I wasn't expecting the experience to be any better. How wrong I was !In the shop, Amar (hope I've spelt your name correctly) was superb. He was helpful and genial and most importantly sorted out my problem quickly and efficiently. Perhaps Vodafone might like to try introducing human-to-human interaction. You never know it might just catch on !!!

Avoid at all costs! this phone network provider & company the customer service in general for this company is absolutely appalling ?I went in to talk to one of the customer service assistants about taking out a contract phone.I waited 3+ hours to be seenThis store - the customers do not come first at all...After waiting 3+ hours, I ended up leaving because of terrible slow computers ? and appalling customer service. I also saw several people walk out ??

Tried to buy a new phone but it wouldn't go through their system. The staff member was quite lazy and had a negative attitude towards work. Wouldn't revisit.

Arrogant staff. Being very patronising to a client that has spent £150 a month with Vodafone for the last 10+ years. Will never go back as long as this staff member is still there. And will be switching to another network.

So frustrated... simply wanted to buy a new handset as my phone died today. After waiting for over 10 mins, the person who then 'helped' me showed little energy or enthusiasm and gave the impression that she would much rather be doing anything else than working at Vodafone!Stock was really limited for SIM only (I have an existing contract with Vodafone that I don't need to change). When I did choose a phone, the only way I could buy it was to pay an additional fee for a bundle that they know I don't need. So they lost a £200 sale for the sake of £10.I'm a loyal Vodafone customer as previous service online has been great, however the experience today has me questioning whether it's time to try someone new? ....Hopefully they were just having a bad day??

Staff is great, very helpful and friendly. I needed the mobile router sorted, since the smarty card that came with it wouldnt work despite it being stick and play. Richard was great and quickly sorted that for me. A couple of week later we went it to get a telephone for my daughter, and this time it was Ahmad who explained the benefits, pros and cons, gave us the price comparison and went an extra mile. I left with my contract upgraded, and my daughter- very happy with her new phone.
