The team at Vision Express are always prepared to go the extra mile - I cannot speak highly enough of them, from everyone front of shop to Tasmia the ophthalmologist who I hold in high esteem - and even recognised me waiting in the shop area. The whole team are friendly and operate with great customer centricity.

So far excellent, but will give a full review when I receive the specs. Have received new specs. The optician was first class. The specs are superb and good value .Unlike other high street opticians the fitting service was very comfortable, no attempt to pressure me to buy other services. She just helped me choose a frame and adjust things to perfection. Truly professional. I felt comfortable throughout the experience. Something no other opticians has done before. I'll be a returning customer.

I had initially left an unhappy comment regarding the service I had received. This was picked up extremely quickly by the manager at Walton on Thames who contacted me directly and completely rectified the situation. I have regained my high standards of this store and all the staff are always very professional and friendly.

Great team here!
I had a thorough eye test with a clear explanation of the process and results. The team were patient and helpful? with a very fussy customer :) in finding the right frames.
The eyewear plan with interest-free monthly payments helps, and made the whole process easier.
Highly recommend!
