On passing enquired if they copy fobs and they did! The lovely man working there got three copies done and all in all with keys being cut too, it took about 5 minutes. Checked all fobs and they all worked beautifully! So glad to be able to do this locally and quickly :)

Absolute legend. The key to my flat broke off inside the lock, and I was expecting to have to call a locksmith to fix it. I came in to Timpson to speak to the guy behind the counter about it (not expecting there to be anything they could realistically do), and Bobby actually walked with me to my flat and removed the piece of broken key from the lock himself! Can?t thank you guys enough

Visited the shop for key cutting and quoted me £44 for 5 number of keys(1×2 nos , 1×3 nos). I decided to try out the Timpson key cutting machine in Sainsbury's and got 6 keys(1×3 nos, 1×3 nos) for £28.

Writing this review as Timson was announced as best customer service company in UK, well the Walton branch certainly is not that any more.
Tried to use their service twice and every time the experience was awful. It seemed that nothing I asked about restoring a watch could be done , crude ? no? can?t do ( all I needed was a watch strap loop, he wanted me to buy the whole strap, the cheapest was £14 just to get the loop! Where he could literally offer me a tiny piece of scrap leather and I would make it myself! ) Second time I asked for a battery to be replaced ( have their lifetime guarantee). I left the watch and said I would be back in 10 min. When I got back the shop was closed as the guy left for lunch. Had to wait 25 min for him to get back ( working day lunch time). When he got back he pretended he didn?t remember me or the watch .
Just awful. The gentlemen working there before him were lovely. Worst customer service from all the Walton shops I have visited and I live here and work from home so I do use local business a lot.
Very disappointed.

Great service from the chap in there, he is so knowledgeable and courteous. They do passport photos so now the camera shop is closed in Walton on Thames this is the best and easiest place to go.

I'm disappointed with Timpson's after receiving a quote of £12 for a small shoe repair, only to be quoted £20 for the same job upon returning. The inconsistency in pricing and lack of willingness to do the repair is unacceptable.
