£20 for a roast dinner that we couldn't cut the beef on, we left hungry.
There really wasn't enough food to justify a £20 spend, 1/4 of a carrot, a dessert spoon of mash, a dessert spoon of leafy greens and peas mix and 3 roast potatoes.
Lovely Yorkshire but that's not so filling, and 3 small slices of beef that we couldn't cut.
The food was also cold, and we didn't get table water as promised or checked up on during our meal.
It's a shame because the setting and atmosphere is lovely on.

We had a lovely meal and our waitress was very efficient, however we do have a couple of criticisms regarding food. Veg served with Fish and Chips and the fish pie were both cold. We did say and was offered replacement but it shouldn?t have happened. Cheesecake was stale and tasted nasty. It was taken off the bill. Maybe a free drink to apologise might have been good customer service. Other than that a very nice evening.

Couldn't fault anything about our Friday lunch experience, Bill was also very attentive! Fish, chips and garden peas were delicious, with the added bonus of curry sauce. Husband had the beef burger and said it was excellent.. We will definitely be returning.

Came up to the pub for a lovely lunch with my other half to come and see my good friend Neil he was so nice came and joined us for a nice chat and a coffee he will turn this pub into the most amazing pub ever that?s what he does look forward to returning food was good and service was just amazing thank you Neil ?

All 5 of us had fabulous burgers from the burger shack with delicious crispy curly fries. The best thing was they had gluten free buns for my 7yo son. The burgers came quickly and all of the fads of our children were catered for correctly on each burger...no lettuce, no cheese, completely plain etc
We sat in the garden and it was a lovely sun trap the waitress was also very friendly and helpful.
