It's good that it's open 24hrs but not being able to get your own items is a let down as when you ask for items and they bring you something else is a let down

I?m very disappointed with the service I received during my visit last night. The staff were rude, and I felt discriminated against based on my background.

Not happy . I always come here when visiting family. I live in Liverpool. I bought 36 litres of petrol qualifying for a free Costa Coffee but didn't get one as I paid for my petrol first before claiming it and was told afterwards that I should have got the coffee first before paying for petrol. The assistant should have told me to go and get a free coffee but said nothing. Assistant most unhelpful and refused to give me one . That's ok . I just will not use this petrol station again

I get it?s a petrel garage but there one gentleman that?s always so rude and horrible, had to put my card into the mechanic and put a pin in I accidentally put the wrong pin in and it declined he then proceeded to scream through the glass IT DECLINED IT DECLINED like three times. I told him what happened and I?ll re-put the pin in he then rolled his eyes and throw the mechanic at the counter. If you don?t want to work there then don?t I work in hospitality so I get some people have bad days but this is nearly every time I?ve been serverd by him

Thank goodness its there ?. Had taken a wrong turn, miles out of my comfort zone. Running out of petrol ?? and abracadabra Texaco appeared in the distance of a horrendous traffic jam. One of those totally unnecessary ones, workmen dig a hole, cordoned it off, plonk in some traffic lights, and Bang? a massive hour long tailback. (AND NOT A WORKMAN TO BE SEEN!????) Ugh! So Texaco ? was an oasis of PETROLEUM Wonderfulness ?. And some snax ?? where the cherry ? on the cake ?.

Staff was extremely rude, right after I asked if one of the items was available they informed that the price just gone up, I left feeling scammed. Would not recommend, there?s other fuel stations nearby that you should pick instead of this one.

The staff is extremely rude, getting angry and swearing on customers when they ask for VAT receipt. That guy behind the desk even told me to never come back. I will forward this to Texaco customer care and I will ask them to let me know hat further actions they will take.This was extremely horrible experience!!!!!
