I went into subway in Walton this morning to be served awfully by one of the workers here. I ordered waffle fries with my order and he gave me 5 waffle fries ?. We told him about it then he shouted at us saying that is the subway amount. He told us that we are now banned from subway from Walton for simply questioning him. Very very poor customer service wouldn?t recommend

Really nice subway And really friendly staff, but the toilet was disgusting. It was a real letdown it put me off my food. The floor was dirty and the toilet was dirty and it was more than just a day worth of dirt.

This branch of subways desperately needs an upgrade and refurbishment and put the machines in so you can order properly because the guy messed up my order he was rushing because of the lack of staff there he was doing his best but was overwhelmed by high workload and understaffed and there was a girl hiding out the back doing nothing. He messed up my order and I had to go back to get the extra items no knives and f Forks with the salad, however, he did find me a wooden fork from out the back

Needs refurbishing
However the food counter was clean
No hand sanitizer for customers though
Desperately understaffed

Orders a delivery which was late. Delivered the wrong sub. No drink. No sauces and about 5 bad soggy waffle fries.

Staff member wouldn?t stop talking telling me about how the last customer was complaining about him talking all the time as he was talking and spitting over mine then he continued to sneeze and not change he gloves or wash he?s hands so I just said I need to ask my partner what they want at the car and I left

Ordered a quite a few times from here, am yet to get a correctly requested "toasted" or "not toasted" item. Ordered via delieveroo, but looking at the order recipt that's not the problem, seems the sandwich makers are ignoring requests.

Poor attitude from staff and was being very stingy, had to ask multiple times for extra olives till he got annoyed and slammed his fists onto the bread, bearing in mind he was not wearing any gloves at the time. I refused to take my sandwich as of the poor hygiene. Will be reported to council

Cureently sat in here writing this review. Staff got passive aggressive because I just wanted a turkey sandwhich like I was wasting his time. After trying to make me buy more by saying multiple up sells, then we to the next person who was a Child in the queue, saying "she will order more than you", which I then replied "I can go somewhere else if you its not worth your time ot bread" he then replied "I was joking its only a joke".... anyway rant over. Subway always tastes the same so love it but the guy was so rude!
