The staff at the Walton branch are the best . So friendly and helpful . My drinks are never just straight forward there is always some changes needed and they have never got them wrong always willing to do them
And with a smile on their faces even when they are so busy . They work well as a team and know what good customer service looks like well done all I love coming in and getting my starbucks fix .

£2.60 to throw a teabag and some hot water in a cup, and you can't even get that right. So lukewarm that the tea never even had a chance. Poor show.

AVOID THIS PLACE!My partner recently had a terrible experience at this coffee shop. Upon entering, he joined the queue and when it was finally his turn, he was dismayed to learn that the store had run out of hot water and decaf tea - the drink I wanted. This is unacceptable for a coffee shop to be operating without these essential items! There was no signage to indicate this shortage, which is even more concerning.To make matters worse, my partner was not asked if he wanted his coffee to stay or go, and was simply handed a takeaway cup. When he questioned this, he received a rude response without any attempt to rectify the mistake.The staff's unprofessional behavior continued when they began loudly discussing my partner and me, huffing and slamming chairs back in place. This was completely unacceptable, especially considering we had simply voiced our dissatisfaction with the service.The overall cleanliness was also subpar. Tables, chairs, and floors were clearly in need of a thorough cleaning. For the price of their machine coffee, which is not particularly impressive, this lack of attention to detail is disappointing.Due to the poor service, unprofessional staff, and unclean environment, I strongly advise against visiting here. We will definitely not be returning.

The noise from either the sound system or some electric thing is horrendously annoying in Walton store. I will not go in again until it's fixed. It terrible. Coffee is great.

What can you say. It's Starbucks, so decent coffee and cakes. The service was very good and plenty of seating available.
