I only went in to close an account and whilst I was there Sarah gave me some great advice to get more interest on my savings. She helped me open an account then and there and explained everything so well. Thank you so much!

There seems to be a big queue every time I go here on a Saturday and none of the self serving paying in machines are never working but the staff are friendly and attentive. It just takes ages to get served (on a Saturday)

I am very disappointed with the lockdown opening hours of 10am until 2pm weekdays and closed all weekend.As a long time customer and key worker it is impossible for me to go to the bank at all.There is no window at all for me to be provided with a service in store. Maybe doing a later opening hours one day a week or even a month, and/or a Saturday, to give those working in the week a chance to feel important and worthy of their custom.

Very very good company I am happy with their banking and customer service everyone seem very nice and polite, but its just a shame when they are so insistent in knowing what my funds are for, when you are trying to withdraw a larger sum of funds, its my hard earned cash and I do what I choose to with it and no I am not stupid enough to fall for a scam. : )

Ridiculous. I went 3 times to open an account, and each time they told me something different. I won't be back for the 4th time.
