I was in the Walton on Thames store on Monday 28/20/2025 at approximately 4.45 pm and the assistant would not give me change for a £20 note when l was spending over £9 on shopping. I think this is terrible service for such a big chain of stores. Sadly this has brought my faith in the company right down.

Staff are nice and friendly.
Some items can be out of stock for weeks on end.

Not great if you want just two items and have to que up,do yourselves a favour install two check out self serve tills and you just might make more money instead of having just one person at the till and a big que forming

Someday there is a good selection of items, others not so great. Most of the pound items have gone to £1.25 thanks to the cost of living going up. So no so much of a pound shop any more.

Pretty regular customer and Friday 01/03/2024 at 11.27am I bought a Lucozade which is 3 MONTHS EXPIRED. My husband opened it and it was completely FLAT he then saw that the expiry date was DECEMBER 2023. How has no employee noticed an item is expired for 3 months??????Disgusting.It's only £1.50 but I want that damn money back and after this experience I'm done with this place. Cleary none of the staff or management care about what they sell.

Great selection of items at reasonable prices. Helpful and friendly staff to assist with all inquiries. Quick checkout at the tills but remember to bring your own bags.
