If I spoke to my customers like they do, I wouldn?t have a customers. No hello, no please and thank you. I feel like I was inconvenience for being there.

Utterly unhelpful. The lady at the counter was more concerned with sending people away to shorten a queue than helping customers. The Post Office in the town centre is far better than this one.

Very bizzare how my parcel which was not addressed to be at this post office neither as a primary or secondary delivery location from DPD would end up here. Even more strangely the shop keeper guy acted like he didn?t know what I was talking about. The police officers went in and asked him for the parcel to help jog his memory. Only then did he recall. Then he wanted to see a passport before handing over a parcel which he shouldn?t even be in possession of. Strange little games.

Poor customer service at the counter.We bought two acrylic paint boxes from the Walton-On-Thames post office on 01-Dec-2022 and told the person at the counter that we might return one if not used.Today 07-Dec-2022 we went to return the packed box of paint and counter person asked us to go to another counter for the exchange but the other person refused to exchange it and became impolite towards me.We will never visit this POST OFFICE again!

Collection office only open from 8am to 10am (weekdays). Not convenient at all. Nowhere does it state that online. Useless.

APPALLING service, how are they allowed to practice? The woman there tried to charge me double the normal postage price refusing to accept I normally pay half that amount for smaller parcels. Went to Weybridge - paid my usual amount & then called both Royal Mail & the post office headquarters who confirmed the amount they were quoting was incorrect. Formal complaint filed - absolutely unethical and so rude to deal with.

They have the franchise for a need based service and so don?t appear to see any requirement for manners, pleasantries, customer service, speed or common sense.

I bought a stapler today from this post office, but i had to return it as i no longer in need. I tried to return it after 2 hours from purchase, i had the receipt and the product is still sealed and unused, but staff refused to return claiming that they don't accept returns and this is company policy. I left it on counter with the receipt as i am no longer in need of one. I am jobless due to covid-19 and now i can't have my money back. Awefull company and awefull times, backed up with awefull service. Shame on you.

Terrible service. Refuse to accept pre paid parcelforce parcels, even though that is the service they are supposed to offer. When questioned about it, was very rude.

Waited in line for 10 minutes behind two customers only to find out that the service I was looking to receive (an identification verification) was not offered past 5:30 pm? Disappointing.

The manager at the post office is so lovely . Very helpful and goes the extra mile.
