Salvatore and the manager were excellent very accommodating when I myself had ordered the wrong size pizza. They kindly made me the one I should have ordered, this was a collection order.

TJ was very polite and helpful. From ordering online for collection it was ready within 10 minutes. He was very polite and to top it off, when I asked if I could have a dip he gave it to me on the house! Will be using again :)

Order at 20:10 with an eta of 30-40 minutes. It is now 21:30 and no sign of order! Cannot get hold of the hut via phone either. So disappointed!!!

Cold pizza?s delivered. And when we phoned to ask why they were so cold the manager questioned that we were telling the truth and said that he thinks they would have been hot?. He eventually agreed to send new pizzas after alot of unbelievable excuses and accusations and told us it would be 30 minutes. An hour later and we?re still waiting so I phoned to ask what was happening and he told us that he?s had 10 new ordered and was prioritising the new orders over sending us our new ones! Very unprofessional manager and tries everything to not send us new hot pizzas! Would not hurry to order from Walton Pizza Hut again
