WALTON ON THAMES PETS AT HOME GROOMERS SHAME ON YOU. We took our dog to the groomers there, everything seemed fine. Came home, our dog couldn't open his eyes. We immediately took him to the vet who told us it was a chemical burn. How can you use something on dogs that could give them chemical burns!? We have tried to call them numerous times, message them numerous times and they are now completely ignoring us.

Vaguely annoyed. Went in asking for some Endlers guppies. We had a sad incident and lost most of our fish over the heat wave. The aquarium heater was consistently overheating and hurting the fish even at its lowest setting. With the heater off the endlers stay happy between 22-27°c. However I was refused sale as they can only sell to people with heated aquariums... apparently disregarding the story as to why I have temporarily turned off the heating. Following the letter of the law as opposed to the spirit of it. If I turned the heater back on I'd cook my fish.

Took my puppy yesterday for a puppy groom and they done an awful job. I took her back and she wasn?t dry , her teeth weren?t clean and her nails weren?t clipped.

The guy on the till yesterday was so rude no hi or any acknowledgement he didn?t talk didn?t ask for our club card didn?t tell us price we just paid and left no thank you very unprofessional

Went to take my dog for a full groom and they did not do the job well and ask us to pay full price of £40 for just giving her a bath and not even 100% dried her, she was still dump when we pick he up.We drop her off around 14:30 and had a call around 1500H saying they cant fully groom her as she was agitated, this was not my dogs first time having a groom and the previous once was perfect. I have to brush her when I got home trim her nails and did some hygiene trim on her bottom bits.Such a waste of money and time.The place was awfully dirty as well. Wouldn't recommend this groom room.

I brought a Guinea pig for my gradaughter on Sunday 18th May from waton branch, got it home to find it was very underweight, it passed away the next day ? will not be buying from them again.

We were appalled at the service as received in store as we spent a lot of money, we called a gentlemen to help us with a long ponytail he had headphones in and would not listen, it took ages to get help and when he did come to help he was rude and stand off ish and made us feel uncomfortable

Customer service is appalling and store is dirty with drops of dog treats on the floor.
Started to click & collect and shop at this store for our dog as bit nearer to me, but visited second time and will be last.
I understand it?s a bank holiday, but at least clean the floor in the dog section. My dog ate a dirty treat on the floor! ?
