Rudest ever employees for a newlook store. Been there multiple times and never been a good experience. Used to love this brand, now I rather go to next which is opposite with a much better customer service. I wouldn't even bother ordering online.

Lady on the next till was too rude. Heart shopping mall.She was making faces and looking at me i thought it is by chance but again it happened until I left the store.
