Slow service. Even when there were 4 members of staff and only 5 customers it still took them 40 minutes to serve me. I don't know if it is inexperience, ignorance or just incompitence but they definitely need more training

In branch today, witnessed member of staff , having a go at another member of staff on till, as she had sent a customer to her and she was already dealing with someone. The cue for till had 4 people. The till lady was obviously put out but didn't want to make a fuss, apparently customer wanted something that she was not ofae with. Not good behaviour in front of customers. And went I got to till only one cash machine was working so I had to wait whilst other cashier counted what looked to be around £30,000.00 .

Staff is always very friendly and helpful. The only inconvenience is that there is no way to deposit cash unless the bank is open. The hours are limited and they?re only open 3-4 days a week?I?m not too sure why they don?t have a bank machine outside that accepts deposits. Many other banks along the high street do. Oh well, otherwise it?s an excellent branch!
