Super helpful staff member in sorting account details and opening a Bond. I also saw the care taken with several older customers who struggle with on-line and need to see people in person at the branch

Why is it so difficult to pay money into the machine, surely it?s not that hard to keep this service functioning. After hours it?s convenient as you can park outside and the whole operation will take 5 minutes. If only the staff sorted out the machine and fill it with envelopes. Not much to ask as the branch is closed quite often now.

I'm not a customer yet but I was impressed with how my enquiries were handled and the courtesy I received. Better than my current bank for sure.

Been with them for many years and still no overdraft facilities available for me even when I was working.
A great bank for people with lots of assets.

Bro I need to cash out a cheque and they closed one hour early bro, I would have made it on time if they didn't do that. And the phoneline doesn't work either. ?

So now closed on Wednesdays and Fridays but when I went today (Monday) it was closed essential work allegedly. Not impressed. The staff are helpful when the branch is open and there is usually a queue - so why is the branch only open sporadically?

Great experience as usual in store. Definitely the best bank .My husband and I really recommend Walton On Thames branch. The customer service is exceptional! All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Really polite and happy too. ? Would like to thank all the staff for helping my husband paying in money in the machine , I think one of the ladies was called Jade.Thank you!
