Billy was really helpful and kind to my 9-year-old when she pierced her ear. It had been done badly at a different company and Billy took extra time to make sure it was perfect and made the whole experience really lovely for her. Thank you Billy, you really went the extra mile!

I?m not very good at clothes shopping But the sales assistant Billie couldn?t have been anymore helpful. It was like having a personal stylist. She helped me pick out some lovely items and made my whole experience a dream.

We had the wonderful pleasure yesterday of meeting a lovely member of staff called Billy! .. both my younger girls had their ears peirced by Billy.. she was brilliant with both kids .. explained everything really clearly .. also gave us some great advice on the healing process.. I have 2 older girls .. who also had their ears done yrs ago .. and honestly this lady was the best!! .. 1 of our girls has autism .. and Billy was great with her .. I highly recommend this place ! I won't take my kids anywhere else .. welldone

All the staff are really friendly and very helpful whenever I go in to Walton on Thames (which is quite frequently) Can I give a special mention for Billie, she is always good at suggesting things for me, that I might not ordinarily choose.. she has got a good eye. And recently when I was purchasing a Jumper, she pointed out to me the great discount on a coat (which I wasnt looking for) but when I tried it on I loved it and bought it. So thank you Billie, it is so warm and stylish and I have worn it loads already.

Great clothes but wow the customer service today from an older lady with blonde/grey shirt hair was awful.Need better staff.Never had this from Monsoon staff in the past and I am a regular customer.Awful will rethink if I visit this Monsoon in the future.
