Took my Fiat 500 in for tyres tracking and a back box. Excellent customer service go above and beyond to resolve any issues you may have. No hassle, service, friendly polite, what more do you want. And very reasonable prices. Would totally recommend. I will most certainly be going back. For those of you not aware they also do services. Thanks guys. See you soon but not to soon l hope ????

Customer service was non existent as for getting the job done. They spent more time talking then do there job. Would never recommend this at all. Only place open to get a replacement from. Never never again. I would rather be drenched in petrol and set on fire then get another oneOnly giving 1 star because I can?t give non

Had a puncture this morning driving past Thame, these guys had the right tyre in stock when several others did not, and got us back on the road despite having a lot of work to do and not many staff to do it, and at a reasonable price.

What a great bunch of guys, got me straight in and sorted my issue out, 100% this is how service should be, when I asked how much they replied "no that's fine". Balanced my back wheels and lost the wobble, highly recommended, very accommodating and super efficient, 5 stars well deserved!!!!!

Went there cos it was the nearest place to me, cos my exhaust basically snapped and was hanging off, & dragging on the road so I managed to tie it up with a piece of string, but there was a big down side I had to rebook the car back in for the following day cos they had to order the parts in, not sure why they couldn't order in that same day but I guess they were very busy. But at least they sorted it out

We are on holiday from the US and had a flat tire on our rental car. We took it here and the people were extremely nice and attentive. They took care of us immediately even though they were very busy. I highly recommend them.

Was concerned about a tyre that was losing pressure slowly. The guy at Merit diagnosed the problem as a puncture repair that I had done in France 3 years ago and wasn't as permanent as I had been led to believe. He happily put my spare tyre on in its place. No charge! What service! That's why I always go to Merityres.

Pre-booked car in to have wheel alignment done, I told them exactly what was wrong on arrival, waites for 2 hours in reception only to be told "camber adjustment isn't included in front wheel alignmentand they don't have time to do that today", w. Now I have to wait 7 days for my refund..Aboslute cowboys.

Always go to Merityre. They usually see you straight away and most tyres kept in stock. If they need to order a tyre, it'll probably arrive the next day. Match online prices

i went here for wheel balance, i was tired after a long trip - the manager seemed flustered although absolutely fine when you got a chance to talk which was rare as he rushed around, i must have been there of at least 45 mins, some guy's wretched van was giving them gip. my feeling is that i wouldn't have got away with such a poor level of customer care as i noticed a woman trying to attract his attention while he would avoid eye contact. something is wrong here.

Had a puncture on a Saturday afternoon. Googled nearest tyre place and limped there. They dealt with me straight away, told me the bad news, offered me a few options then sorted it out. Half hour and i was on the road again. Brilliant. Helpful, friendly and professional. Highly recommend. Thank you for a great job ?
