This branch is incapable of getting an order right. The food is always cold. The orders are always incomplete. We?ve had food swimming in coke that literally had to go straight in the bin, food covered in ice cream, wrong dips, no dips, wrong food, a ranch burger with with sauce the size of a pea and slimy lettuce and one of the managers making the excuse we?re so busy, don?t take the orders if you can?t complete them properly then!

My delivery order was missing a double big mac (aprox 9£). Ive tried for over an hour through various methods to get in touch. The number in the message didn't connect me, its impossible through the app as the virtual assistant doesn't connect you, ive tried numbers found on Google, on their website, etc. It didn't work and it ruined my evening. And i will probably never get a refund. I'll never order from them again.
EDIT. At a later date when i visited the McDonalds in Walton, i have told the manager what happened and he offered a meal of the same value in place of the double big mac as they didn't have it available.

I am a delivery driver .
The staff are polite in this store but when it comes to collecting orders, you are left waiting for a very long time. It?s very frustrating as you can see your order on the side. Time is money for delivery drivers, it?s so frustrating when you are doing a quick £3 job but held up by the staff. Someone needs to prioritise for delivery drivers. Maybe order should be put in collection box?s and the driver can unlock the box with the driver app to collect orders . Food for thought

Clearly the new self-ordering system is not working for eating-in and takeaways. The service is extremely slow and disorganised. The staff seemed confused, chaotic and keep banging against each other. Today my autistic son become very anxious waiting nearly 30min for his order.
I thought McDonald's pride themselves with their world leading fast food services.
Unfortunately, the same patern applies to the Bentalls Centre branch in Kingston.
Also, the Walton branch is still not offering the new McPlant to their vegan customers promised to be available from the 1st January 2022.

i walked in to the mcdonald?s to be blasted with sweltering heat! i was a bit confused as it was quite muggy outside. i placed my order in the machine and for some reason it asked for my social security number? is this a new feature? when my order arrived the bag was ripped and my meal fell out. none of the members of staff tried to help me and instead laughed while throwing nuggets at me. i?m allergic to nuggets so this made me extremely cold. when i picked up my meal from the floor i ran out the mcdonald?s in tears and sweating. what a horrible experience. when i get home and opened my meal i was distraught to find my burger was sweating. my nuggets smelt of body odur, my coke had melted and my mcflurry was inside out and had a frown. i decided to go back and demand a refund. when i went in the till was on fire and the manager was smoking. i asked the fire what was happening and it spat at me? i went to the back to find a worker where i was bombarded with loose bottom buns and a live pig. i ran. when i went tried to flee the door was locked. i?m still inside. help.

When fast food is not fast. Tried to get served although the fact there was no coffee on sale was causing a queue put my order in double sausage and egg meal. It looks like a massive order somehow came in just before me one double and sausage and egg could not be spared had to get refund as running for a bus. Still less calorie intake for the day and saved me money I guess. Give the small order an item and get me out the door would have been a better approach.

Literally the worst McDonald?s I have ever gone to been my local for like 8 years and have never had a decent meal from there. Chips are always stoned cold, hard and unsalted when delivered, burgers are just slapped together and you can forget them adding the extras you asked for. If you go in there you?ll be waiting for time nothing fast about there fast food. @mcdonalds managers I beg you teach your staff how to do what there meant to do cheers??
