I recently visited kfc Walton and it was a fantastic experience..the restaurant had a clean and comfortable atmosphere, perfect for a quick meal . The staff were friendly and efficient, getting our order right and serving it promptly.. thanks a lot kfc Walton team ????

The food is horribly stale. Me and my partner have gotten sick all the 3 times we?ve eaten there.
The chicken wings is dryer than Sahara desert and it smells nasty.
Close the branch if you have to please. No body here wants food that makes us sick everytime.

Ordered a delivery the food was soggy and the chicken was cold and seemed old,tasteless and bland. Just a waste of money. Dont order from here if you want good food. Made me sick just after eating it.

Food: Terrible - dry, cold and always a disappointment
Service: Non-existent. No offence, and I say this as dual-national myself, but it would be helpful if the people taking my order understood English. Every single time there are multiple errors I'm actually embarrassed on your behalf.
Atmosphere: Horrible. Staff have no character. They seem very disinterested in customers but seem very friendly with each other when nattering amongst themselves. It's like you don't even exist.
Overall an abysmal experience. Not sure why I keep going.... convenient I suppose. I might make the effort to go elsewhere if it gets any worse.
Tonight's order was a tower meal with a leg in the box, large with beans and a side of gravy.
What I got: not so tower meal, more like a bungalow meal due to missing hash brown. Small meal, breast instead of leg in the box. and two pots of gravy. Honestly - so thick it hurts.
The 5/5 reviews for the food and service are laughable - look at them. All the franchise owners mates trying to get his score above 3.3 stars. All mentioning "Raju" and his exceptional service. Please lol
