Recently purchased a use BMW M2 from HWM and Jean Soulas was easy to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. Good communications. Great friendly customer service. The car was handed over in perfect condition.

I cannot praise HWM and particularly, Jean Soulas, enough for all of their assistance in walking me through what was only my second car purchase. Jean couldn?t have done enough for me and provided as helpful, as prompt, and as professional a service as you could possibly experience. My experience in buying my dream car was an unforgettable one that I will always cherish and HWM will now always be a massive part of that in terms of making my dream even more special than I could?ve hoped for. I hope to return again sometime soon!

Proper good old fashioned outstanding service.. from start to finish. I bought an 8 year old car and wanted it to look as if it just come.off the production line! Well they managed it, it's lovely and looks new !Great communication every step of the way by Jean and in his absence Oliver. Well done guys! Recently enquired about a car they had for sale. Was passed to a gentleman called Oliver , was very informative & prompt with the personalised video sent over the next working day. Unfortunately I wasn?t able to proceed with the sale of this vehicle due to an issue at my end. My experience with Ollie was how it should be . Polite , knowledgeable, understanding. Even though iv not done business with this guys , I wouldn?t hesitate in the future & I feel it only right to heap praise when it?s deserved. Thanks again Ollie .

It has been a great experience working with Oliver. Very kind,friendly and helpful. My purchased SL seems to have some minor issues after taking it to Manchester, and they seem quite helpful in sorting them out. I highly recommend them. Not the penny pinchers you sometimes get, or try to push their expensive finance.

I have nothing but total praise for the way in which Ollie has handled the purchase of our BMW. Everything has been done online because of current restrictions and Ollie has been attentive and helpful throughout. This has been the first time that I have purchased something of this value online but he has taken me through each stage with incredible patience.
