Don?t waste your money on an Aston Martin you?ll be driving a car that?s brakes squeak louder than the engine..
Especially don?t waste your time with HWM
As they will have no interest in helping you and will fob you off, like they did with me, with excuses like ?the brakes squeak because they are sports brakes, your not using the brakes hard enough?.
And as for loyalty for customers..
My father had been coming here with his AM
For over 10 years, my uncle even longer
Shocking don?t waste your money here
Edit: It doesn?t matter where the car was purchased this is a known & common fault with them and these are the original brakes from factory. Also the age is irrelevant less than 5 days ago you completed its last free service plan.You have admitted there is an issue with them and I have asked on multiple occasions to rectify over the last year

Having been fortunate enough to own many (very many) prestige cars over the last 37 years I can honestly say HWM are the best dealership I have ever used, it would be fair to say through no fault of the dealership my ownership hasn?t always been smooth sailing but without question this team have gone over & above to make me happy, from Anna in service, Stuart in sales and Paul F through to the lovely professional drivers they use for collection & delivery, they have all kept me up to date on progress and any hold ups while they?ve had my vehicles, I would not hesitate to recommend HWM ASTON MARTIN for both new & used quality Astons.

I?ve been a customer of HWM for over 10 years, and their service has always been exceptional. Most recently, they serviced my Vanquish S, and the experience was flawless from start to finish. The driver who collected my car was professional and courteous, setting the tone for what followed.
Matt and Anna deserve special mention for their excellent communication throughout the process. Every detail of the work required was explained clearly, and I felt completely confident that my car was in expert hands. The quality of the service and attention to detail was outstanding, as always.
HWM is a fantastic dealership with a team that truly understands how to deliver top-tier customer service. I wouldn?t trust my cars with anyone else?highly recommended!

My father bought a used 1970 Morris Minor 1000 Traveller from HWM on this date (13th September) way back in 1984 for £695, and I'm happy to say, it's still running well to this day, coming up for 165,000 miles. I remember drooling over the Aston Martin V8s there as a teenager, circa 1987.
