Absolutely useless. I waited 45 minutes trying to purchase a PAYG SIM, only to be told they couldn?t activate it. If the staff can?t handle such a basic task, what hope is there for anything else? A complete waste of time.

Called into Walton branch , staff useless, told assistant come in to sort out new contract for my homebroadband , as old contract had expired, then asked what problem do you havewith you mobile phone - just walked out of shop absolutely useless

I wanted a screen repair for my Samsung and the EE website came up with this store for a 2 hour repair service. I booked a time slot to arrive only to be told they don't do repairs in store. What a waste of my time and thoroughly unprofessional not to offer the service as advertised or to address properly with EE head office to avoid more customers' wasted trips.

The boys who work here are so awful. Very unhelpful, and not even trained. So we need to always run in other EE shops for assistance. Ridiculous!

The "boys" who work here are awful. Condescending, unhelpful, untrained, smirky kids. More interested in the football, which they put on the TV with the volume up. Not a care in the world for helping customers, just about the football score. Terrible service.

I?m very disappointed with EE?s customer service!! The waiting times are far too long, and it?s clear they need more staff to handle customer queries efficiently. It?s frustrating to waste so much time just waiting for someone to assist. This is not acceptable, especially when customers rely on their service for urgent issues! EE really needs to improve its response times and staffing to respect their customers? time!

I went in yesterday to get something out for My partner for christmas , Charlie couldn?t be less helpful , he just basically refused to help , absolutely useless i can?t believe he is a manager !!! especially the way he talks to his employees. Will not be returning.

He said to me the systems are down due to the pre order of the new iPhone and he can't sell any phones as HE won't get any commission!!!! How unprofessional.
Why is the store open ? Why tell me that you won't get any commission what the heck is wrong with EE and the customer services online and in store

It says on the website that they are open today Sunday from 11 00-17 00 My husband went over there from our home at West Horsley to get his phone unlocked but they were shut He waited over half an hour & then gave up It even said on the door that is was open from 11 00 - 17 00 This is totally unacceptable I always check on website for any stores opening hour & expect it to be accurate

Visited EE at Walton on Thames after a 13 hour flight yesterday - Anish was very helpful and patient with 2 jet lagged idiots who needed to eSIMS set up on their iPhones. Would recommend purely on the basis of his skill and professionalism.
