Firstly, I apologise that I can't remember the name of the lovely young lady who served us today! We can't thank her enough for her courteous and helpful approach while we tried to choose a bed. She was informative, made helpful suggestions and was extremely patient! Result = happy customers!

Posting on my aunts account - I visited a few weeks ago and had a great experience from the moment I walked in.
The team did as much as they could to give me a great discount and I made the purchase.
Unfortunately I had to cancel the purchase and I was highly embarrassed to visit the shop again after all the help they gave me, however I shouldn?t have worried and they were so helpful and so understanding! I will definitely be visiting again soon!

We had excellent service from Chris at Dreams, Walton on Thames this weekend! We were greeted immediately by Chris who listened to our requirements and introduced us to the Sleepmatch technology! He showed us all our options and answered all our questions with knowledge & humour. We were most impressed when we said we would just take a day or two to think about it, we returned 48 hours later and he remembered our names and requirements straight off the bat. Amazing service and would 100% recommend.

I went in here to possibly buy a bed, and the staff member who approached us was very strange and unfriendly. We ended up leaving because we felt uncomfortable.
