The ?pharmacist? was extremely rude and aggressive. He claimed I was trying to get antibiotics when I was going in for advice on what to do about the blisters on my tonsils. I hadn?t mentioned antibiotics. To cut a story short he told me my symptoms (incorrectly) without asking or properly looking and claimed the tonsils was ?the bit in the middle? which even I know is the epiglottis. I said I thought they were on the sides of the throat and he said no. He also said that ibuprofen doesn?t reduce swelling. He then went to try to sell me something from the shelf and I said I wouldn?t be buying anything from there. The whole encounter was horrible. I don?t know how this man is operating as a pharmacist and would strongly advise people to avoid this place.

An excellent place to purchase health care and beauty care products. Offering an assortment of hard to find items for a very reasonable price. The staff are well informed, helpful and friendly. Located in a beautiful shopping centre in Walton on Thames

Incredible Assortment Hard of hard to find Beauty & Health Products (Swiss Hair Products amazing ?) Staff is lovely and helpful ?.I would recommend this Chemist to everyone , visit it you will not be disappointed.???(Only suggestion maybe is to put brighter inviting sign or change the front window display)?

Great pharmacy. Infinitely better than the ?locum? driven, impersonal bigger brand pharmacies who never have any medication in and enjoy telling you so. This place is friendly, practical and has a good range of stock.

Very happy with this pharmacy, the staff is very friendly and I feel like they genuinely care about people. Even if they don?t have something in stock, they try to get it as soon as they can. I?ve had a few issues with getting a prescription in the past as it wasn?t in stock anywhere in the area and they managed to get it. Really pleased!

First time visiting this Pharmacy - very impressed! Very friendly, helpful staff. Even better, they were able to fill a prescription which my local chemists could not. I will be using them regularly in future.

I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough. I've switched pharmacies twice from my two local ones to Courts. My only regret is that I wish I had done it sooner and saved myself a bunch of grief. Courts are super friendly, and helpful, always answer their phone if I call before, and ALWAYS have everything I need in stock. Having two small children, knowing that I can rely on Courts gives me the greatest peace of mind.Bonus: I often have my children with me to pick up prescriptions and I have never been made to feel unwelcome which is more than what I can say for other pharmacies nearby.Cannot fault this place at all. Simply a great Pharmacy.

I've been a customer of many other pharmacies and to say that this one in walton from my perspective is far the best would be an understatement. Thinking that a mainstream one like boots would be good I was extremely disappointed. Having worked in carphone warehouse for a decade and of that 5 years in management, to say that the customer service was exceptional would very much be saying the least. The honesty within the service was amazing even perhaps costing them an initial sale which is a bold approach they acquired my trust as a result. From a professional perspective 9/10 and from a personal perspective 9/10. If I was to offer an opportunity of growth l, I'd say that the store layout and the virtual merchandising perhaps needs looking at.God bless ??RegardsAli
