The staff always close up over half the shop at 2pm every day, it?s ridiculous. It sends the message ?we want you to leave now?. You should be closing the shop maybe an hour before, not 4 hours early.

I recently had an unpleasant experience with a lady named Abigail who served me. While I understand that individuals may have challenging days at work, a friendly demeanor and a simple greeting would have significantly improved the interaction.
