“Great shop, but the staff were a little rude when I tried purchasing a 1 year bday balloon and some banners.
I have never purchased a helium balloon for a party before, and I don't know what kind of package they should be in or whether they should be in any package at all.
they gave me directions to them but with some sort of attitude as if I should ought to know.
When I requested my balloon to be filled up with helium from the shop and then carry it home, instead of blowing it at home myself (because I don't have helium in my lungs to blow into the balloon), the woman at the counter simply muttered
"well I was gonna do that for you anyway"
Again I'm a newbie to this process, so I don't need that sort of attitude.
I'm not sure what their problem was, but it seemed like whatever was causing their mood swings that day, they were rubbing it on me.”
