Had an interesting experience today trying to buy a balloon for my nephew. I asked the staff if they could blow it up, and they looked at me like I?d just asked them to solve quantum physics. ?Obviously?we do that. You wouldn?t be able to blow it up.
My bad for not being a professional balloonologist. A little friendliness wouldn?t have killed them?

Great shop, but the staff were a little rude when I tried purchasing a 1 year bday balloon and some banners.
I have never purchased a helium balloon for a party before, and I don't know what kind of package they should be in or whether they should be in any package at all.
they gave me directions to them but with some sort of attitude as if I should ought to know.
When I requested my balloon to be filled up with helium from the shop and then carry it home, instead of blowing it at home myself (because I don't have helium in my lungs to blow into the balloon), the woman at the counter simply muttered
"well I was gonna do that for you anyway"
Again I'm a newbie to this process, so I don't need that sort of attitude.
I'm not sure what their problem was, but it seemed like whatever was causing their mood swings that day, they were rubbing it on me.

I wish there was a no star option as it's the second time I've been to this branch and I intentionally avoid it because the rude staff in there, and today was no different. I waited at the till, whilst the 2 male staff were chatting amongst themselves I looked at them to see if one of them would serve me but still nothing, a woman walked in asking if her order is ready and they jumped into action to help her. At that point I dropped the items I was going to buy on the cash up desk and left the store. Still bloody awful service.

My sister and I went into the store to get some helium latex balloons. First of all the options were very limited so we had to buy them from a shop down the road. When we went back they didn?t great us nicely at all, they said it would take them an hours work to blow it up then when we asked if we could by a canaster they gave us a very snotty reply even though it was the same price to buy a canister and get the balloons blown up. The balloon we bought from them also was utterly damaged and they refused to replace it. Then we offered to buy an canaster and then they weren?t happy we were giving them less work. They didn?t have a good heart attitude and I will not be ever recommending them to anyone I know, the staff had horrible behaviour and never apologised once. Utterly disappointed in their level of respect for paying customers.

Unfriendly staff, not very accommodating or helpful at all. Strange as not only are they more expensive then the works, but the items seemed lower quality . It?s bizarre to feel the need to write a review about a balloon shop, but today the staff I interacted with should not be customer facing.

Disgusting customer service by the man in the shop today. Told my son that he was not allowed to buy girls Tu tu as it?s not for boys. The guy has no right to tell my wife and son they cannot get something because of his gender. I will be making a formal complaint and the guy is lucky I was not there as this could of been a worse situation for everyone

Fantastic friendly staff, really helpful helping me chose decorations for my daughters 21st birthday. ? Sorry I don?t get the name of the two ladies blowing up the balloons and the gentleman too who served us on the till. All very polite to myself and my daughter wishing her a happy birthday too.Best affordable shop around, great selection of cards, wrap and gifts . I always go here for any occasion. I can recommend to everyone , Walton On Thames card factory ? see you again soon ?
