Extremely disappointed that Boux are no longer offering a proper bra fitting service like they used to. I've had many partners who've been very happy with the quick and efficient service. But I took another recently and spent nearly 1.5hrs just trying to find the right fit with their current "method" ie randomly trying on different bras and hoping for the best!I'm still giving them 3 stars because the staff certainly were friendly and helpful within the bounds of their now guidelines, and they still score points for the consistent sizing that means, now we have her sizes, everything will fit.But honestly I'll have to think twice before going again after this experience.

I bought 2 panties, 2 bras, 2 scented sachets and a lingerie wash bag for £40. I was so happy with my purchase, was sales this weekend. The cashier was super friendly and had a nice chat with her.

Beautiful underwear and matching sets. I was told they don't measure you anymore, which I thought was very bizarre. I wouldn't ever recommend buying a bra anywhere without being measured, but here you have to kind of guess and make a judgement call

I had a really good experience in the store last week and Selena in particular was fantastic. I didn?t realise you had to book to get measured but she managed to get me in anyway. She was so helpful and friendly and also helped me pick out some underwear. Bra shopping is normally the worst? but this time it was very pleasant.

Could perhaps take a look at competitor Ann Summers when it comes to treatment and acceptance of non-binary and genderfluid customers. The experience at Ann Summers was friendly, they shared their changing room policy for male-presenting customers, helped out with sizing and even recommended styles for me. Other stores such as River Island and Boots also have an accepting policy to changing room use and I had been overjoyed at the acceptance.In Boux Avenue the experience could not have been more opposite. I asked their changing room policy for male presenting clients, as many stores have unisex single cubicles with no invasion of privacy for other customers. That's all I wanted to know.The assistant's face reddening, I got exasperatedly told "well we've never had a man ask before". Her silently walking away when being told, with a smile, that they now have one, felt like going back into the bad old days.And that was just asking your policy. I dread to think what would have happened if I had asked to try something on. If you don't want male presenting people using your changing rooms, ok. Set your policy, answer the question and move past it.Really just a recommendation for other non-binary folks who might want to get away from Amazon and just be able to try stuff out in a store, this place is not a great candidate. In Kingston go to the fantastic Ann Summers. They recognise the millions of pounds spent each year by men, male presenting genderfluid or non-binary people, to wear with their partners on lingerie and don't seek to make their customers feel judged.

Worst store worst staff. The staff ?manger? needs some training about costumer service. She did lied in-front of me when saying I wasn?t having a receipt when I did show the bank statement as well. The pj material was not comfortable and Itchy so I tried to return in store in less then 48 hours. They didn?t accept return or exchange and all the staff started to shout that I was slowing down their till costumers when I was already a costumer. Very disappointed and the manager had ?no name? so you can?t complain for her.Don?t get fooled by this company

Staff are usually very helpful and friendly, however, today they were chatting amongst themselves moaning that my daughter hadn't pre booked a measuring appointment when she actually had via phone. Totally unprofessional and left my daughter feeling very uncomfortable.They were obviously annoyed that they had to do a fitting and they left my daughter waiting for half an hour then would disappear from the cubicle area for 10 minutes + each time and my daughter was left like a fool waiting. When she eventually went into the sales area to find staff where they sneered and told her she should press a button for help - would've been nice to be told that first.All in all a terrible customer service and I believe the staff need retraining and reprimanded for talking so rudely about customers on the shop floor.

My sister and I just visited this shop and the experience was very unpleasant. My sister was in need of a bra fitting so that she could buy one before the end of the sale. She rang up earlier this morning and they told her to come in at 4. Once we arrived, we waited half an hour for a worker to help us. My sister asked them how much longer we would need to wait and they said a few more minutes. When my sister walked away, three workers began complaining about how she didn't book a fitting even though they didn't tell her to. Why they felt the need to complain to each other instead of helping my sister is beyond me. Finally, a worker came over and told her to choose a bra (why they didn't tell us that 30 minutes ago? I don't know). After finally choosing a bra and trying it on, my sister stood waiting for 5 minutes for a worker to come and help her (my guess is they were complaining about more customers). After another period of waiting, my sister had to walk out of the changing rooms and into the main shop in a bra just to ask for assistance. TWICE. We have had good experiences in here before but just think that my sister was treated very badly today.

I happily bought it in the store two days ago with the help of a very nice saleswoman who was very patient in helping me choose the best product for me. I bought an add-on that we didn't try there. When I got home I was confronted that it was not compatible with what I had bought. I went back to the store today to have them help me because I have problems. A serious, unfriendly staff said they wouldn?t exchange anything according to the rules of the deal. I told her I understood that, but the additional product they sold was not compatible with what I had. She said she was sorry. By then, I was a little confused about the situation, because this add-on can?t even be used if it?s not good, I unpacked and put it back. But it's okay, I'll buy another one, just be good.I note the product is worth 5 pounds. It?s not outrageous that they?re unwilling to exchange it because I understand that. It?s outrageous that she didn?t even want to help us find a solution.When I asked her to help me see which product it was, she said she wouldn't look at it, she wouldn't touch anything !!!In the end, she showed a model that she thinks it is, and that it fits, all right. And I thought differently.Before I left the store, I would have asked the girl?s name, but her colleague didn?t know, so she asked her. The girl replied that she had NO NAME, she was the manager of the business, smiling with a good smile, she said: have a nice day!I don?t think a business owner should behave like that. It does not matter who the customer is and what value it buys. The point is to make everyone happy. If your dear Miss Maneger hasn't learned it yet, it's time to enroll in a maneger course!

The staff here are helpful, friendly and kind . Garments always feel good. The fitting room feels scary it?s narrow, need to renovate so don?t feel suffocated inside fitting room.
