The lady i spoke to in there was unhelpful, unbothered and frankly quite rude I wouldn?t recommend going into this branch when looking for any help.

My mother in law had an appointment with Joseph at Barclays in Walton. He was really helpful, polite & courteous and arranged for a hamper to be sent to her with compliments from Barclays as she has banked with them for 69 years. She was delighted - it made her day

We went into the walton branch today hoping a member of staff would help us with some paperwork. All the staff were so Helpful and knowledgeable with helping us complete this. Especially Ellie who was so welcoming, kind a professional. Thank you Ellie.

Had some real problems with other Barclays?s branches however when I went here and spoke to Gabriella all issues were sorted in 15 mins! She was very friendly and super helpful. If you have any Barclays issues or problems Gabriella?s the person you need ?
