The lady i spoke to in there was unhelpful, unbothered and frankly quite rude I wouldn’t recommend going into this branch when looking for any help.

My mother in law had an appointment with Joseph at Barclays in Walton. He was really helpful, polite & courteous and arranged for a hamper to be sent to her with compliments from Barclays as she has banked with them for 69 years. She was delighted - it made her day
