Excellent customer service from the Argos team in Walton on Thames. I had a problem with a gift voucher that could not be solved by Customer services and after some back and forth the team at Walton found a solution that satisfied this customer. Thanks to Aaron, Katie and Robbie for your help.

Thank you to the young man who helped me today in Walton. I was trying to buy a mobile phone as mine had died. He was super helpful and went out of his way to help me find a solution, as Argos didn't have anything suitable for me in stock.

Picked up a new fan, when I took it home it would not work correctly. Used the online bot chat but was not very helpful. I went into the store and spoke to Josh who said he would sort it out for me. He ordered one in for me for tomorrow and gave me a receipt so that I can swap it over. Very quick to deal with the issue, great customer service.

Waited over a week for some ear buds, went in and asked what was happening to be told they were not ordered. They reordered and went to collect today and for a rude lady who said had to pay again for them! I had to explain again what had happened and no apology and product thrown at me. No wonder people buy from Amazon!! Won't be returning.

Went to pick up 2 items in-store to be told they only had one. Was told by Denise I would need to call them to find out if other item arrived in next delivery (no offer to call me).Called 3 times over the next few days and no one bothered to reply to my voicemail (considering I spent close to £700 for this transaction you'd think they would at least pretend they care).After trying for hours to get through to their customer service helpline I was told my item wasn't in stock and wouldn't be for another 2 months! In the meanwhile the price has gone up too so they've lost me as a customer. Avoid this branch they don't have a clue on basic customer service!!!

I try and use this Argos, as every time I go there the staff are always lovely, friendly and professional. The customer service I got from two young men that work there was great. (Tyler and Robbie)Would definitely recommend this shop.
