Good connections, clean station. There is a coffee shop ?Carry On Coffee? at the station (before going to the platforms, next to the ticket office) where they serve wonderful coffee in 100% compostable cups!

This is a good station, it has lifts to the platforms which is good for disabled and there are two train lines to choose! There is the Reading line and the Weybridge to Waterloo line!

Long and short platforms, a couple of sitting areas with a roof, lifts available for step-free access.

This is my regular train station. At the moment they are refurbishing the Public Toilets. As I said to one of the workman it's about time as what they are currently doing should have been done 30 or 40 years ago.I did have a query about a ticket that I had bought and the Lady in the the ticket office went out of her way to be as UNHELPFUL as possible.

Toilets are always closed after 5pm. There is a stuff member on site, but the toilets are still locked. Waiting time between trains are at least 30mins, so this is ridiculous...

Beautiful place for a day out. I love visiting this place in spring time as we get to see lovely blooms.

The staff here are always friendly and welcoming. It brightens my journey to work.Fully accessible and all barriers have e-ticket scanners on them.Only bad thing I would say is that there aren't enought covered seats or seats in general.

A BIG SHOUT OUT to Sam today. We came to watch the FLYING SCOTSMAN and he was extremely helpful to my little 3 year old charge and myself keeping us updated on the trains journey progress and the best place to stand. What a lovely morning

Nice and quiet forest with natural virtually untouched vegetation and well kept trails throughout.

Great place for spotting ostentatious vulgarity.

The station and the high street close by had a very village look. Cosy little platforms were a pleasure to watch and use. Now they have built those giant ugly stair blocks with poor optics and appeal. It is a great effort to spoil the character from a great British affluent village station to middle class urban unattractive structure.

Great station with lots of improvements - only missing British smile at the tickets office.

It is a good season to go see the park where the waterfall is located, which is a spectacle to go see with the family. a nice park to have a picnic with the family

The station has been improved thanks to the new DDA footbridge with lifts and relocated but could still do with more shade and seating.
