I tried to do an Amazon return when served by Sachin at this branch. I found her rude sullen and snapping. My return was in its parcel box and she was annoyed at that and started ripping it out until I did it myself. Then demanded the bar code but I wasn?t sure how to use the app (I am an old lady) and she was bad tempered about that. Inside the petrol station Wi-Fi was poor so she snapped I had to go out side. I asked to buy the chocolate bar I had in my hand but she wouldn?t listen and was trying to serve the person behind me. Disgusting treatment of customers. Worse when li med to Shell brand. Won?t go there again.

I beyond disappointed with the disgraceful way I was treated at Shell Virginia Water. My family has been using Shell for many years because of the fuel quality but after this experience, I seriously question whether I?ll ever return.
I had a simple issue: my card didn?t go through, and I was just waiting for my brother to arrive and pay. but instead of showing any patience or understanding, one of the male staff members an Indian guy started shouting at me aggressively. His tone was threatening, rude, and completely unprofessional. I felt humiliated and intimidated for no reason.
This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable. There was no excuse for it. I wasn?t rude,I was just waiting for my brother, But this man chose to treat me like a criminal instead of a customer.
Shell needs to take urgent action against this kind of staff conduct. No one deserves to be shouted at and disrespected like this, especially loyal customers. I?ll never go this branch again,

Terrible experience, wasn't allowed to use the car wash, was told it was closed even though there were people in it at the time. They said it was shut for the night. I asked what their operating hours were for the car wash since online it says 24/7. Wasn't given a straight answer, even said I wasn't trying to argue I just want to know what time to come back in the morning and I got a hand held up to my face to silence me and told well then just come back in the morning and walked away from. Worst service I've ever had. I wasn't even complaining, even though I should have.

I have been using this petrol station since I was a kid. Friendly staff, clean forecourt and shop. Fuel is always available and priced in accordance with market values.

Absolutely horrible experience the staff is always rude. They pick and choose who to allow to use the car wash or accept packages. They lie that the car wash is broken or the Amazon return box is full. The guy at the till Jey has never heard of customer service and his moronic colleague was being extra rude told me I should go there in the morning. Reporting to Amazon. AVOID at all cost, terrible place. I will not set foot in this place ever again. The guys who worked there today should be fired. Until then I will take my business to the BP in Egham.

Visited here loads of time over the past year. Does the job as a petrol station, can't complain.
Always got fuel in stock at the pumps, and staff are friendly.

I drove the hire vehicle for electric vehicle charging on 16/4/2024. I had paid by my debit card 26.83 pounds.I received Eurocarparks' parking charge for 100 pounds. Why I can be charge for parking?I only wanted to fully charge the electric vehicle. It took over one hour to reach 80% and maximum to 90% over another 20 minutes. It is ridiculous.Shell must tell customer that Shell electric charge system is not support for fully charge within one hour. Also noted to the customer if who want fully charge need to pay 100 pounds parking fine.

Perfect for a fuel-and-go. It's become my go-to petrol station in the area and the staff have always been friendly.Can't give 5 stars though as I haven't tried out the rest of the facilities on-site.

CORPORATE EXTORTION!! BEWARE!! THIS PLACE ACTS ILLEGALLYThere is no signage to suggest you cannot charge your EV at the EV station. Or there is a time limit. I have been clobbered with £270 for charging my vehicle!!! This is illegal as there is no sign to suggest you have a minimum stay. RIP OFF MERCHANTS!! I shall be sharing with twitter and Trust Pilot. These are corporate gangsters. AVOID!!! Go to Egham to charge your car instead.
