It?s okay. Nice staff but the hot food they offer is never hot. Decent place but has issues.

When a guide dog is brought into your shop, providing support to its blind owner, you do NOT have the right to refuse entry because you have ‘no dogs’ policy. Please educate yourselves on this legislation asap otherwise you will make others feel excluded and disadvantaged - which is not acceptable and morally wrong!

Over the last four months I have visited this store quite a few times.It's run by a lovely family and each and every time without exception. I'm greeted with a good morning, good afternoon. How are you?A good range for a small convenience store. What inspired me to write this post happened the other day. In the world that it is easier to criticise people.On my way to the store the main road had been closed with a diversion. I didn't realise the diversion tripled the length of my trip. I entered the store moaning to a young man behind the counter about the road closure. I asked if that was affecting their business?He replied " yes it is somewhat but these things have to be done"" We really appreciate you coming in today even with the road closure"I forgot that I was moaning about being diverted the long way around.My moaning was replaced with a big smile on my face at his comments.Outstanding customer service.I didn't catch the young man's name but I think it was the owner's son.That's why I will carry on supporting this independently owned small convenience store.Shop local ?

An awful shop. Overpriced, not where you pop in for milk at £1.69!!! Most definitely not a "convenience" store, as I think over a period of nearly two years, they have probably only had what we needed in stock 2 or 3 times. Got to stop even trying and drive to Budgens. The owner has a don't care attitude.

Great londis . Been using it for over 10 years . Everything you need and good price on beers . Lovley staff and handy to do a mini shop rather than a trip to sainsburys/ tesco ect
