This is a great beauty Retreat. The place is Warm and Cozy and extremely Clean. The owner is lovely, she explained the facial treatment I was having throughly and She helped me make an informed decision on how to proceed with further facial treatments.Excellent customer service and reassuring to know this is close to my home.Thanks a lot Navi. I had 2 facials here and both were really nice. The staff is super friendly and you can tell they have a solid experience. I?d definitely recommend it! :) I plan to try their Laser Hair Removal as well

I have been coming here now for approx 9 months. I have to say I am very impressed with the salon, they are very friendly, it is super clean and they show great knowledge when I?m asking so many questions. I firstly came to the salon for facials (I have super sensitive skin and was very nervous, a lot of products bring me out is a red itchy rash) the therapist listened to my concerns, put me at ease and was very careful in selecting the products used. So happy to say my skin didn?t react . I have also had laser hair removal on my bikini line?. I have had 7 sessions so far and had a massive reduction, a few more sessions and hopefully I will be there. A little gem in Staines. Thank you The RetreatService: Laser hair removal

I had a patch test for Laser thread vien treatment. Be aware that certain medications will make you susceptible to blisters using this treatment as your skin will be Photosensitive especially certain antibiotics. I discussed my medication before I had my patch test and unfortunately I had a reaction. Its a shame the beautician (who is very nice) didn't have the knowledge of this. Was happy to continue treatment as GP advised stop medication for 7days prior treatment and photosensitivity dissapears.Owners requested a GP note which I personally find ridiculous as reaction wouldn't have happened if myself and beautician had knowledge of photosensitivity before undergoing a patch test. I feel a Doctor knows more about photosensitivity and my particular antibiotic takes 7 days as advised by my GP and I asked for another small patch test to be completed on my next appointment with yourself not what you detailed below. Treatment was started yesterday at another clinic and was successful.

Hi everyone! I have been in the retreat clinic to do an eyelash lift. The promise and the care was there but the result was inexistent! I didn?t have an eyelash lift! I paid £55 for an eyelash lift and didn?t get any even after following all the instructions that had been given in the paper! I had a flight the next day and so send them an email with the pictures of the inexistent eyelash received! I asked them to find a solution of either rerun me or give a service back for when I will be back but never received a response. So, when I come back I went to them by asking why they did not respond and their attitude was so disrespectful and they completely neglected that the problem was the service and they just started blaming me abound not following the process which actually has been done ! Before going to them I have done so many eyelash lift so I know what is the difference between having it done or not ! I want my money back or I actually will take this matter seriously and go to the police because I have been subject to a misleading treatment with no results promised ! Inside the clinic there is a man and a woman. The woman who did the treatment was ashamed but the man started responding back! Their products don?t do nothing and I am positive that no one goes to them this is why the clinic has been so empty! Do not go to do any service to them the customer service care is awful ! I am talking with you as a sister but if you want to waist your money, go and you will regret it!Service: Lash lift

I m a regular customer, having tried different therapies and facials.Every single session is a fantastic experience.The team goes the extra mile, each time!New hair therapy!I m very impressed and pleased with the results, after having done 6 -8 sessions of mesotherapy microneedling.People told me they ve seen a difference where previously i had small bald areas and thinner hair. Fantastic service - extremely professional and hygienic!

My facial was okay, but the customer service was poor. I coudnt get the word in and address my concerns as the beauty consultant was constantly talking over me. But the worst part was when after my facial she removed the headband which got tangled up in my earing. Instead of gently untangle the headband, she forcefully pulled the headband from my earing no only puling my ear and hurting me but almost snapping the hoop and definitely misshaping them. Not even an apology. Never again.
