Just queued 10mins to get to the bit where you place an order of medium latte and flat white extra shot. 15mins later when we got to the window, the young man serving repeated the order. Presented a card machine and took payment and presented one cup. When we didn't drive away he finally asked if we were waiting for anything... read full comment

said my order 4 times and checked everything and they still didn’t bother to get it right. vanilla doesn’t sound like caramel. i hate caramel
