Made a mistake on my refills setting all of them to two months when I only received 1 months supply on all but two. Refused to help fix their mistake even though I take these pills to keep me alive. Used to be impressed by the friendly service, but apparently customer service here is a sham!

Had my covid booster done here. Never felt injection, no sore or stiff arm. Informed of which vaccine was being used and very friendly.

HIT and MISS wonky ear piercing - AVOID!Took my daughter to get her ears pierced and after spending a little time getting the marks correct, 1 earring in particular ended up completely higher than the mark! We immediately pointed this out to the pharmacist who responded that the piercing process with the gun is never perfect!? In order not to upset my daughter further in the shop, when I got home I called the pharmacist to express my disappointment, which he just continued to try and justify that the piercing gun is never completely accurate. For the record, this is incorrect after speaking with other experienced professionals! But more disappointing was when asking what the are the options for the poorly pierced ear, he was more focused on telling me if we took 1 or both out, I would still have to pay for 2 earrings regardless as they come in pairs. As if I would go back to him now - NO CHANCE!

Fabulous Pharmacy, extremely knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Went in for very last minute vaccinations, completed form online and went in quick once phoned. No rush, all questions answered. Thank you very much. Highly recommended!

Very abrupt on the phone, didn't even let me finish my sentence and extremely unhelpful about when a product may come back in stock. The lady sounded like she was very busy and I was obviously a nuisance phoning in! Lots of other pharmacies out there happy to have my business.

My partner suffered a mild vasovagal attack and had to be layed down, the pharmacist and his team were all calm, professional and handled this perfectly. all the while another lady was experiencing the same symptoms at the exact same time.We didn't feel rushed and was given a free bottle of water and was told to take as long as we needed. Perfect service

One of the worst pharmacist I have come across- ever. Both me and my wife had Covid jabs today, Very different to our first jab at a different (local) pharmacy. We both came out with exactly the same experience. The reception staff was professional and very well organised but the pharmacist was exceptionally rude, more than clinical, cold, just unprofessional. If you don't like dealing with people, choose a different profession! Left arm bleeding - very poor experience.
