Have had my flu vaccination done here for the second year running. Never felt injection, no soreness, stiff arm or side effects. I also collect my prescriptions from here. Receive text message when ready for collection. First class service from owners who are always greet you with a smile, friendly and helpful.

No empathy for sick patients just rudeness to local loyal clients. I asked how long it would take to make up my prescription I was told 2 to 3 hours.I asked if it could be done sooner than an hour as someone was kindly picking it up for me and had to go out in an hour and I couldn?t walk down there.. They was rude I said I?ve just had to wait I?ll get it picked up tomorrow then . I then asked to speak to the pharmacist, even he was rude and said I had to wait for the text. I?ve been in pain for two days he said two more hours wouldn?t hurt me . hour and a half later, I?ve got a text it?s done ?

I believe this chemist is now under new ownership and what a difference it is! Always so friend, polite and helpful! I will always be using this as my go to chemist now.

Delighted to tell you that since this pharmacy has been under new management the service has improved immeasurably ! Unfortunately I have needed to use the service more than normal and they have risen to every challenge I have presented ! Also get your flu jab there ! Quick, easy professional and efficient. Since Jubichem came under new management the service has been outstanding.I now get notifications that repeat prescriptions are ready only a few hours from my telephone request, the shop is better stocked and prices are more competitive.Well done.

I have noticed a change in Jubichem under the new management. There is a huge improvement on service. My prescription is now quickly organised and provided unlike previously! The shop is also better stocked and the staff are willing to order in for you if possible.I had thought of changing my pharmacy before but I am now not going to!

Online it doesn?t say they close from 1-2pm Monday-Friday so when they finally have your prescription ready you go, you have to wait until they re open. Had to wait 15 mins without even being acknowledged when there , was no one front of me and 3 staff all ignoring me and were all round the back talking. I stood waiting for a prescription for my child that was ready to collect and no reaction from staff for about 15/10 mins.Some of the staff are unbelievably rude . Snappy, don?t answer questions, definitely not what you want from a local pharmacy. Didn?t even assist an elderly gentleman man struggling to sort hisPrescription as they want everything online

Staff are just incompetent, are supposed to be pharmacists and can?t even answer simple questions. Generally rude to customers and are ignorant. moving to another pharmacy, feel extremely sorry for people who don?t have a choice to go here.

4 out of 5 times I?ve been there they?ve not been able to give medication as the pharmacist isn?t there.it Took over 2 weeks for a vitamin injection to come in stock after being ordered, Also when you call They don?t answer the phone. I don?t know how there still open. Now looking for a new pharmacy

Booked me in for a Flu Jab 2 weeks ago. When I arrived today, the pharmacist told me there weren't any jabs available, then someone else came in and said they were available for those who had booked, but there was no pharmacist to give them and they couldn't find my booking, or indeed any bookings. Absolute waste of time.
