Attended Vision Express and wish to complement the service I received from the team headed by the Optometrist and Manager, Monica Kumar herself excellent and her team too. Knowledge, understanding, empathy, patient and I am now so pleased with the outcome, 2 lovely pairs of spectacles, and decent prices.

why was my previous review deleted? I took my four year old today for an eye test. We had a private prescription. However we couldn?t afford the glasses so we wanted to have NHS eye test done for my daughter so she can have NHS voucher for NHS?s glasses which she is 100% entitled to . However, they refused her eye test and said because she had a private, she?s not entitled to the . NHS eye test can someone explain to me what is privates got to do with NHS it?s absolutely ridiculous.The latest statement was if her glasses break, just glue them together.And remember she is 4 years old! It?s disgraceful . they didn?t mind when we where paying for three years for the private glasses. But now when you need some help, they just actually tell you to ??

Staff extremely patient when helping me to get a great deal and use a voucher. I forgot to mention it and it took a while to sort out, but no grumbles. Caring and organised. Highly recommended.

Terrible. The lack of customer service beggars belief.I went in for a check up, and immediately felt very rushed. I was told on arrival that the optician had somewhere else to be.Next up, I order the glasses, am told they'll take about a week. Three weeks later, I call Vision Express head office, and they tell me the glasses have been sitting at the Tesco Sunbury branch for a week.I head down to the branch for 9am (website opening time) and it's closed. I'm told by some guy sitting in the dark that the optician hasn't turned up and she might get there for 9:30 but probably more like 10:00am.Utterly and completely useless. Can't for the life of me figure out why Tesco would want to associate themselves with such a poor brand.

This is the first review I have ever written about how poor something is!!Sorry that there is no option for 1StarPlease don?t waste your time- At best they may have decided to close for the day unofficially without notifying anyone with a appointment (Tue19thJuly) when the store is ice cold with A/C or they might be open where you will be met by curt unhelpful staff, who would rather you hadn?t come followed by waiting ages for your glasses or contacts to arrive,oh and please check them as they may wel be wrong.Vision Express can only survive at this branch because of the convenience of being in a Tesco store

I felt as though my appointment was rushed by the option and not really given the time to think about what I wanted to do. Felt pressured to purchase the glasses and lenses not sure the discount true to the advertisement. My lenses were £161 and the frames £39. The bill was £199 with discount so I basically got a £1 off

The appointment was rushed and not for the first time. I have noticed that every time our appointment is after 3pm they either cancel or reschedule for an early one. The optometrist was very inpatient with my child today as obviously had other commitments to go to. Will not be returning even though is very convenient location.
