I?ve always had good customer service at this branch. The staffs are friendly polite and very helpful. They seems to have a good age range of people working at the tills. Service with a smile is always appreciated. Their products are reasonably priced and that?s why I shop there.

Spoke to a lovely lady Anna at the shop front. She was really cheerful, chatty and couldn't have been more helpful. I couldn't find ther tap tops I wanted in the catalogue. She found them straight away and had them on the desk in minutes. The whole transaction couldn't have taken more than ten minutes. I fitted one set as soon as I got home and they were perfect.

I ve got to say, the young ladie working there are very knowledgeable, been helped twice by female staff and got more sense and help than male staff and also service with a smile, I will really recommend this branch.

Having used Sunbury branch regularly I have come to realise how efficient this branch is, I was served recently by a charming young lady who was not only very helpful when my product was not in stock but also suggested alternative items to help me out.And most importantly done with a smile on her face. I found this with all the staff at this branch.
