I locked myself out of the apartment. When I called Thames Locksmith, they were very helpful and understood the situation. They arrived within 30 minutes of my call although it was Easter weekend. Neil was quick in diagnosing the lock with the help of the tools. He made the quick decision to change the locks. Neil was professional and helpful. Highly recommended.
