My daughter's swimming sessions where cancelled 3 times during 7 days, due to lack of staff ?! What's the point to pay the membership when you can't benefit of it.

Been treated appallingly by the manager of Sunbury Leisure centre.Long story short - booked my daughters birthday party with them; inflatable pool party. When I booked their systems were down, everything was being written on paper. I was also offered a Black Friday deal - pay the base rate but invite up to 30 kids with no extra cost. Great! Told I didn't have to pay until the day - especially as they couldn't take pay due to the system being down.I call back after Christmas - 2 weeks before the party - booking has been given to someone else and I would have to take the next available booking without the Black Friday deal. I ask to speak to the manager; she calls me back. Says she's looked into it. No one would have offered me the Black Friday deal on the day that my enquiry is showing in the system. No one would have told me I didn't have to pay until the day. Apparently all bookings were called to take payment - I was not called.So, I'm lying about the Black Friday deal and they aren't prepared to do anything to make up for their mistake. She doesn't even consider the possibility that one of her staff didn't enter my booking into the system until a few days later.Why on earth would I want to sabotage my daughters birthday?Sunbury Leisure Centre have shown their unbelievable incompetence and that they are just not good enough. They really don't care about their customers.I understand mistakes are made. I would have happily notified all the invitees that the date has changed. But to claim I'm lying about the deal and then not honour it and ask me to pay more for the 5 extra children - yes, only 5 - is just not acceptable.

Went there for a pool party. It was very well organised and the kids had a great time on the inflatable obstacle course!

Would be a better experience if the water was warmer, also staff explain about parking, also put the car locking in screen were you can see it.
